Bean Family: Lifestyle Session


When the Bean family returned for their annual Saugatuck beach family session, Lake Michigan had other plans. The wind that evening was a little too bold for the top of the dunes, so we took our adventure down the bluff to find a more sheltered spot. And honestly? It couldn’t have been more perfect.


The girls, a little older and full of energy, loved running through the tall grass and collecting beach treasures along the shore. The movement in their hair and dresses added such a natural, carefree feel to every image. Even when the weather doesn’t cooperate, I love how Saugatuck’s landscapes always give us something beautiful to work with. The Beans have made this beach a yearly tradition, and each time we meet here, their story unfolds a little more.
